Once all orders are received they will be processed and then shipped UPS Ground. You may check your account to watch the status of your order.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. We must have complete and correct shipping information to guarantee delivery.
Returns / Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 1-888-299-5951, as soon as possible.
If you need to return an item due to quality or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of product. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping.
Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No shipping refunds will be issued. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund.
If an item is returned due to a incorrect address provided by you, we can reship to the correct address at a additional charge.
