Ingredients

You only need a few ingredients to make this simple pollock recipe. Here's what you'll need (see the recipe card for quantities):

  • Olive Oil - if you don't have or want to use olive oil, you can use melted butter or vegetable oil.
  • Sea Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Italian Seasoning(or Italian Herb Blend)
  • Onion Powder
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • If you'd like to add a little heat to this recipe, feel free to add some chili powder, cayenne pepper, or crushed red pepper flakes to the spice blend.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the pollock fish fillets in a single layer on an aluminum foil or parchment lined baking tray or greased baking dish. Pat dry with paper towels.

Brush the olive oil over the top and sides of the fillets.

In a small bowl, mix the sea salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and ground black pepper. Sprinkle half the mixture on the pollock filets.

In a medium bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and the remaining spices.
