We understand your frustration aswe are just asfrustrated that weare unable toserve everybody atthe same time. Weare very short handed this week with 2employees out sick aswe were already having hiring issues before that. Wedid respond toyou bytext and called back but could not get through. Ifyou still need help with weare more than pleased tohelp. We'll beopen for another 30minutes.

I called Goldenwest for replacement parts for myMcLane reel mower. They are knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service and great pricing! Ican't say the same for myexperience calling McLane directly, sadly. Soglad Ifound this place!

This place isa hiddengem. Ibelieve it's amodern family business. The dad and sons were extremely nice and helpful. Iwould recommend going here for any and everything lawn and garden related. The other employees are also very helpful!
