  These people are terrible. Really just asign ofthe times today when nobody really cares about working orcustomer service anymore. Isat there for over half anhour waiting assuming that myprescription was being filled given that itwas called inand Iwas told they were looking for the voicemail and 30minutes later asked for aprogress report, and they told methat they never found avoicemail. Nocustomers there, tons ofpeople behind the counter, not one person could take the time toletme know that they didn’t have aprescription. Iwill never goto this pharmacy again unless Ihave absolutely noother choice.… – show

  Please don’t waste your time going here. Each time Icall and make sure myprescription isready, when Iget there itis never ready and takes 2to 3days additional days tofulfill. Probably the worst inthe Nashville area. Their delay times and staff are terrible.

  This pharmacy isNOT worth your time. They donot have agood system for how they work through prescriptions and delays are tobe expected. Ihave tried very hard tobe patient but this most recent trip was the last straw. The last three trips Ihave been atmy Drfirst thing intheam. The order isput inby 9am and even ifI wait till 4-5pm Iarrive and they tell meit will bean hour orthey haven’t started. I’ve also been given terrible customer service asit relates tomedication for my toddler. Just terrible. I’m done.… – show

  Edit: over the last few months the pharmacy seems tobe back ontrack. Like Isaid before, everyone was great but itwas clearly overloaded for abit. Changing to5stars asof May 2022

  Consistently late onprescription fills. Nocontact aboutit. Itmay bea staffing issue and ora supply issue but for anyone who needs aprescription filled ina timely manner Isuggest going elsewhere. Ihave nothing against any single employee but they clearly can't handle more people.

  Horrid. Ittook the pharmacy over 24hrs tofill myprescriptions. They failed toapply the discounts, though they were asked todoso, and wehad torerun all the prescriptions once Iwas there. They were rude and ugly.
  As for groceries, depending ontheday, they are good.

  Consistently the worst experience ofany pharmacy i’ve ever beento. Employees are rude, unhelpful, and condescending. This has been true inevery single interaction— without exception. Wait times are astronomical and unreliable, their drive-thru isalways closed due totheir inability tooperate efficiently, and nobody seems interested inaddressing oreven acknowledging the issues athand. Ifyoucan, Iwould recommend any other pharmacy onplanet earth.

  Got tobe the worst inTN. Iwas alerted toa readyRx. SoI drove tofind the drive bywindow closed. Ihave much difficulty walking. Walked in— closest door closed. Finally got topharmacy. Iwas 4th inline After 35minutes made itto the counter. After another 10minutes they provided myRx. Iasked why the drive through was closed. Clerk simply waved atthe available staff.

  Got tothe pharmacy roughly 4to 5minutes before 6pm ona Saturday. At6:02young girl comes otand says “Sorry we're closed.” Told meand another guy infront ofme tocome back tomorrow. All Ineeded todo was pick upmy prescription that Ihad called inearlier inthe week that took them 2days toget ready before Ireceived acall topick itup. Said something tothe girl and she got rude with mecomplainithay she had been there since9am. 9hours isa short day forme, bless her heart!
