@amazon there was nothing wrong with receiving deliveries when you used REAL shippers: @FedEx @UPS. Your system just plain sucks. Corona or no. I’ve list 3 packages this year alone with ur service. AND YOU NEED TO ADHERE TO SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS. go back to how you did it.

@ups lost my PS5 and a month ago and still has not found who stole it from their warehouse. They’ve made no attempt to make things right with me and have done no investigation into which of their employees stole my item. Terrible customer service.

@UPSHelp the delivery instructions wasn’t even executed! I said to place it in the back porch and it was placed on the front porch! It’s your fault my package got lost or stolen!

That moment when the @UPS driver doesn’t even attempt to see if anyone is home to deliver an important package that you were expecting, and instead leaves a “Sorry we missed you...” notice on the mailbox. I am LIVID. Yeah, it’s a first-World problem. So??

Christ. Just blew a gasket talking to @UPS Customer Service, and I strive to NOT do that. I apologized to the agent, because it’s not their fault, but good lord, UPS is abysmal right now. Their access points don’t list pick up times, and the excuse right now is that they are busy

@ups @AmazonHelp I have an order, sold directly by Amazon, placed on Jan 5th, expected to receive on Jan 8th. It’s Jan 9th. Amazon says it was shipped that it’s a UPS delay. UPS says they have yet to receive it. Where is my order? I’m being given runaround.

Not that we aren’t already Karen level crazy when it comes to deliveries, BUT I think @FedEx & @UPS should allow us to see on a map where our delivery driver is. Drop off between 8-4:30 is just too vague when we’ve got nothing else to look forward to

@UPS @ragadexol Super pissed off at UPS service. Unreliable, most of the time late and if you use the service to change the delivery address it goes through and then is ignored. Not a one time issue, more of an all the time issue. And drivers NEVER ask for signatures when it is required.

The @UPS driver hasn't been able to get into my apartment complex (yet every other delivery company seems to) and hasn't been leaving any of those "We Missed You" notes, so I can't even tell them to ship it to a UPS Store instead. The incompetence is astounding…

@ups -- why has your customer service gotten seriously worse???? It's like you don't want to deal with... customers. Now is a great time to have actual customer service.
