I have no complaints. Provider knew what the problem was and explained things thoroughly to me. Allowed time for questions.

I always appreciate Dr Folk's expertise and skill. He's always so calm and kind.

I was very dissatisfied because y'all didn't tell me that y'all didn't take United Healthcare. And I didn't know and I came all the way there and had to come all the way back. So no, I'm not ...I'm not satisfied with the service.

It's a terrible experience when you are forced to give up your trusted provider because Prisma & UHC were unable to come to an agreement. It will be hard to pick up with another doctor who does not know you or your history.

Dr. Folk and his PA are both great providers. I'm really appreciative of the care and the expertise that they give me and I always feel well equipped with answers and...to my questions and I'm appreciative of the service that they give.

Dr. Folk answered my questions and I did not feel rushed. It wasn't a long apt., but I was happy he did an X-ray, checked her incision and range of motion.

All of my experiences with the doctors, nurses, and staff have been positive! I would highly recommend this office to others.

We didn't see a nurse today so that question is irrelevant. We only had a Medical assistant bring us back to the room. She didn't do anything but get us back and on the table.

The parking situation is a nightmare! I drove around for 10 minutes before I got lucky and found a space. There was no valet and no parking even in the back. I was 7 minutes late due to the lack of parking. I had had knee surgery, and when I finally parked, I had a long walk into the building.

It was excellent. The provider listen and I felt he was truthful.

Great team of doctors and nurses work together to take care of their patients and do it very well.

He was the only doctor that actually told me what was going on. So I greatly appreciate everything that he did for me, including the shot, and then we would go from there. So, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I appreciate how attentive and kind all the staff I deal with at Steadman Hawkins.

Dr. Folk has been my primary orthopedist for at least 15 years. He has performed at least 3 major surgeries on me and managed my care to prevent other surgeries. Not only is he a great surgeon, he is a great person. His team reflects him well. Every visit is like visiting a loving, care family. I am very fortunate to have the medical team that I have. Prisma Health is fortunate to have Dr. Folk as part of its medical team.

It took over a month to get an appointment. My follow-up appointment is two months away. What I was told would happen when the referral was made isn't what happened at my appointment. I didn't even see the doctor.

I've rarely met a doctor as compassionate as Dr Folk. I spent months with another doctor who would not take time to answer questions, or left me confused about treatment options. Dr Folk really helped me see clearer as to what was and wasn't available to me as far as treatment. I'm very grateful for him.
