Dr Kissenberth, Is one of the kindest and most intelligent and caring physicians I know. I know a lot of physicians, I'm a nurse and I married to a physician. He is Tops on my list! I've been his patient since 2013 and he has always been consistently the same kind and caring person every time I see him.

I was treated well.

I am so glad I was able to get him as the surgeon.

Dr. Kissenberth truly provided me with an alternative to surgery which has been successful and has relieved me of a great deal of pain as well as the anxiety and concern related to major surgery. The alternative to the replacement of my right collarbone has worked and I cannot say enough positive about the willingness of Dr. Kissenberth to provide an alternative.

As usual with this doctor, I have to wait a minimum of thirty minutes past my appointment time before even being called back. Then there is waiting time in the exam room and waiting for X-Rays. The X-rays could have been done sooner to avoid extra wait time. I know the doctor's time is valuable, but so is mine. Don't schedule back to back appointments without some kind of buffer to make up time somewhere along the day

It was a positive experience! I've had shoulder pain for more than a year in one shoulder and at least 3 months in the other! Dr. Kissenberth did a thorough examination and had a conservative treatment option of Cortisone shots and he hit the nail on the head! I slept all night long last night without waking up in pain and actually washed my back with a washcloth this morning which is something I haven't been able to do for at least 3 months! I hope it lasts!

Dr. Kissenberth was fantastic. Even though he fit me into his schedule on short notice, he took his time and gave me a lot of attention. I was very impressed and pleased.

Dr. Kissenberth is awesome. The "facility" at the Hillcrest location of Prisma is IMPOSSIBLE to utilize because the parking situation is totally unacceptable. I circled the entire parking areas for twenty minutes, and finally parked in QUESTIONABLY signed area, which I then okayed with the check-in desk. The parking situation is the reason I indicated a zero as far as recommending this facility.

Dr Kissenberth went above and beyond and is truly an outstanding Orthopaedic surgeon and person.

Dr. Kissenberth is excellent . However, as in my last experience, the majority of my time being seen in the examining room was by a "fellow" who was shadowing Dr. K.. The orthopedic "fellow" did know the questions to be asked. Again, Dr Kissenberth is EXCELLENT!!

The waiting was extremely long. They said i should be they 9 am for a 9:30 appointment and i was not called until 9:45 and i didn't see the dr until 10:40

Great doctor and staff!!!

The PA didn't know why I was there. She had not reviewed my chart. Dr. Kissenberth came in and said " Your x-ray today looks good." I told him I didn't have an x-ray that visit. He hadn't looked and my chart and didn't know why I was there either. That was disconcerting to me.

I was completely satisfied with my visit. Dr. Kissenberth is a great doctor. I have a lot respect for him. I would return to him, should I need it, without hesitation.

I feel like I have one of the best shoulder doctors in the business. I would have liked a little more pre-op patient education to help anticipate how to set up home & calendar before my surgery. A pre-op conversation with an Occupational Therapist would have been helpful.

This was the first time I saw Dr. Kissenberth i was really impressed with his experience in this field. He was very professional. I liked the way he explained my problem.

It took a while waiting in the room for the Doctor, but I didn't mind. Because doctor K treated me like I was the only patient. As he was leaving I remembered two questions I forgot to ask, he came back into the room and sat down and carefully listened and answered my questions. I want to thank him for making my visit a successful one!

Had a long wait in the examining room.

Prisma May see short term profits for its greedy decisions but patients eill jump ship to a "care" provider and in the end Prisma will lose. Change your priorities- care about patients and treating g them first- the profits will come - and will last if you do that.

Dr. K is caring and kind. Reminds me of my Dad who was a surgeon in Greenville for over 50 years.

Kissenberth's staff are excellent and the therapist were great it was our first visit to this location we usually go to patewood, however the lady at the front desk could use some holiday cheer bless her heart she seemed really grumpy. But everything else was great

Yes, his PA, his physician's assistant was excellent very thorough, his X-ray techs were excellent friendly, very professional , and the only reason I said mostly for one of the answers the about the doctors because he doesn't he couldn't see what was wrong. So he's sending me for an MRI, so that would be the end result. So, but it was an excellent visit and I would definitely recommend the office. Thank you. Bye.

The office is SO FAR from where I live. It's almost an hour drive. Can there not be hours in the Patewood office?

I was so impressed Dr. Kissenberth staff office with Dr. Kissenberth. The amount of time and detail that's paid attention to is super impressive. Like super good attention to what's going on in detail and the office staff immediately set up the MRI for me. I... like I felt like I was in a spar because he set it up for me and screened if I was claustrophobic right there in the office. It was amazing, super impressed, highly recommend and very comforted that that I have... practitioners like you guys. Thanks so much.

This was my first visit. Dr. Kissenberth was excellent. I was very happy with his handling, and he gave us plenty of time to discuss matters. The woman assistant he had was good, and the person that took the x-rays of my shoulder also did a great job. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
