I've always been treated with respect . Dr Siffri is very professionalal.

I was very disappointed to find there was no longer valet parking. Almost all spots were full except way out near the road. People seeing Steadman Hawkins and ATI usually have difficulty walking far. I scheduled my PT in Mauldin because of this. Most facilities have valet parking as so many people are growing older and living longer. Why did you eliminate this wonderful service?

Excellent!!! Staff was great and Dr Siffri drained my knee and gave me a shot, and I woke up this morning not having to use a cane for the 1st time in weeks, God is Great and working thru this man!

I thought the doctor was coming back in the room so I was going to ask him a couple other questions but he didn't so that was a little frustrating to me.

The medical professionals at the front desk, PA and Dr. Siffri took very good care of me and answered my questions thoroughly. Thank you as I have never had to have any significant medical procedures done. They answered my questions very patiently. I appreciate that very much.

When I checked in, the lady at the desk was not very friendly, she's very matter of fact. I didn't feel very welcome. Also, it was a very, very short visit. I would have liked to have discussed long-term plans for my care. I felt a little bit rushed. The treatment works, but I don't ... the doctor did not sit and talk with me. He ... he's nice, but not very personable.

Dr. Siffri explained the treatment for my knees in layman's terms. He also thoroughly explained the X-rays. The X-ray technician was very patient when she was instructing how to place my knees through the pain.

Provider needs to slow down and listen to the patient.

Very efficient experience . Spent most of the time with the X-ray technician. AlthoughDr Siffri had an e ray of my knees up on the monitor, he didn't really explain what we were seeing.

I felt I was in good hands with Dr Siffri. I feel confident in his diagnosis and ability to help me in the future.

Dr Siffri went over my knee situation and answered all of my questions. We are meeting in one month after change in medication; Dr Siffri went over my knee situation and answered my questions. He will meet with me in 3 months to talk about how my knees are doing. He changed my medication to celebrex and I had 2 injections in each knee.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful and helped me with some questions, I had and there was a mistake on what the problem was and she took care of that, so I was really pleased with her because she took the time to fix the mistake. She was also very pleasant to talk to.
