I wish @NYCHA would cut the contract with @optimum so residents can get service they can afford. Why pay all this money to #optimum when they can barely keep our service on. This is low income housing, we should have a choice with our providers.

@OptimumHelp I think the point I made about reaching out and speaking to multiple agents was missed! I also sent a dm with my account information almost 30 minutes ago. My patience with this foolishness is really running thin. Stop promising to help and actually do something about it.

Instead we’re stuck with @optimum and their rude reps and scams. Every time you turn around, the bill gets hire and the stations disappear. Yet, @NYCHA keeps the contract with them. Smh. Guess scam artists stick together like birds of a feather.

Oh look @optimum is down and won’t let you speak to a rep to get credited for the outage. Yet, when you do speak to a rep they tell you, “you must report it to a live rep to get credit”. Always a scam. #optimumsucks

@optimum 3 nights running signal collapses and streaming stops around 1100pm. Ever since I upgraded to a speed I never come close to getting this service gets worse. Hard to believe it can be so poor.

@jaybee91_ @optimum I’d recommend switching ASAP. @optimum is by far the absolute worst option on the market. You’ll keep paying and they’ll keep lying and withholding service
