@ChrisMurphyCT Senator there are so many complaints about @optimum the service is awful and customer service even worse. My office has been out of service all week and I get nowhere with customer service.

@OptimumHelp I checked with the account holder whose address and phone number I DM’d you yesterday and, not surprising, she did not hear from anyone at #Optimum. Stormy weather aside, the service in that area has been consistently inconsistent and the kids are having trouble in remote school

Well, @optimum or @AlticeUSA or whatever they’re calling themselves these days are once again showing off their fine customer service skills. More than 40 minutes to transfer service from one resident to another. It’s unacceptable! #directTVisworse

@jaybee91_ @optimum I’d recommend switching ASAP. @optimum is by far the absolute worst option on the market. You’ll keep paying and they’ll keep lying and withholding service
