@OptimumHelp Yes, I’m still without service even though ticket went in June 14th. I actually had to stay at a hotel today so I could access internet for work. Frontier answered my call and gave me an installation date for Monday. Can you do better or are you okay with losing another customer

@jaybee91_ @optimum I’d recommend switching ASAP. @optimum is by far the absolute worst option on the market. You’ll keep paying and they’ll keep lying and withholding service
